With the intent of creating positive marketing strategies and "first impression" designs, I also believe that gaining the trust of the customer is most important. In this case, a good working relationship is developed and maintained throughout the life of the project and after it's completed. This is accomplished by taking the time to get to know the customer and their marketing strategies from an unbiased prospective, often meeting and gaining the valuable insights to design, develop and implement contracted media.
